Gaza, 15/05/2017--- Amro Emad Redwan, aged 16 years old, organized an art exhibition on Monday, aiming to document the suffering of the Palestinians during Nakba in the 69-anniversary at the headquarter of the Press House.
Radwan said that the photo exhibition includes portraits for the elderlies who are the symbols of the Palestinian cause and the carriers of the memories of Nakba.
He noted that they reflect a painful immigration to the Palestinians, where he intentionally selected elder people to make them references for the coming generation and the voice of the Palestinian cause can be delivered to the outside world.
He noted that his this exhibition is the first one for him, but he participated in many exhibition previously. Radwan added; " I aim to organize an exhibition on my own to deliver a message through drawing with hope that Palestine will be free soon."
He confirmed that he faced many obstacles when organizing the exhibition including the lack of drawing tools as the Gaza Strip is suffering from the consequences of the ongoing siege.
